Shipping Policy

From Earth to Hair is a brand operated by From Earth to Hair LLC.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

2. Processing time

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information when it ships.

3. Shipping methods, rates and delivery estimates

  • Standard — 3 to 7 business days — $8.00, free on orders of $70 or more.
  • Express — 1 to 3 business days — $15.00.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier. They begin when the package is dispatched, not when the order is placed, and they are not guaranteed.

4. Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the time we promised — or, where no time was stated, within the period set by applicable law — we will notify you of the delay, give you a revised shipping date where we can, and offer you the choice of accepting the new date or cancelling the unshipped items for a refund.

If you cancel under this section, the refund is issued promptly to the original payment method.

5. Split shipments

Some orders may ship in more than one package. When this happens you may receive separate confirmations and separate tracking numbers. This does not mean you will be charged additional shipping.

6. Delivery address

You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address entered at checkout. We cannot redirect a package once it has been dispatched. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at your cost.

7. Lost or stolen packages

Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, we are unable to take responsibility for theft at the delivery location. If tracking shows a package as lost or stuck in transit, contact us at info@fromearthtohair.com and we will open a claim with the carrier.
